GETTING MY KOI FISH NEW JERSEY TO WORK

I purchased what I believed was a Koi betta - typically white with a small amount of purple and black. He has entirely altered colours, and now he's primarily blue and black!but now it’s again to pale using a couple of specks of black. His human body scales have also began getting to be pale. Is that this natural or anything Mistaken with my tank
